15 tips for a happy life

We all want to be happy, loved, successful, so that we are lucky in life. But very few people do this. And what should mere mortals do? Bring into your life our 15 tips to help make your life happier and happier.

1. Start every new day with a clean slate. Leave all your troubles and worries in the past.

2. Keep your home clean and tidy. Get rid of old junk and unnecessary things.

3. Try to watch TV and play computer games as little as possible. Learn to live in the here and now, and not escape into an illusory reality.

4. Give up various fast foods and other harmful food for the body. Replace “dead food with live food”. Replace sunflower oil with olive or linseed oil, candies for dried fruits. Drink freshly squeezed juices, not the ones sold in boxes.

5. Dedicate at least 15 minutes of exercise each morning. Give your body a boost of vivacity for the whole day.

6. Exercise regularly. Go to the gym, work out in the pool, or practice qigong for beginners . Keep yourself in good shape at all times.

7. Invest money in your future. Save at least 10-20% of your income to the bank. Shop in the store that you really need. It is not worth throwing “money down the drain”.

8. Think only constructively. Let your thoughts be only about the good and then there will be even more smiles, joy and happiness in your life.

9. Keep a success diary. Write down everything that you have achieved in your life.

10. Read as many smart, interesting and informative books as possible. Develop your intelligence and increase your vocabulary. It is always pleasant to communicate with a well-read person.

11. Do not eat at night. It is better to drink a glass of clean water or kefir before going to bed.

12. Sleep for at least 6-7 hours. This time is quite enough to restore strength and strengthen the immune system. Train your body to fall asleep and wake up at the same time.

13. Visualize your goals. Try to imagine for a moment that you have already achieved what you dream of. Pay special attention to the feelings you are having.

14. Watch your posture. Keep your back straight. try to get rid of unnecessary stress and fuss.

15. Do as many good deeds as possible. Love those around you, appreciate them, give them your love and then they will surely reciprocate you.
